EdgeFormHQ is an information and analytics platform. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. All data, analysis, tools, and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading and investing involve significant risk of loss and are not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions. EdgeFormHQ does not hold any FCA authorisation or regulatory approval.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use EdgeFormHQ. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that you have read and accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

• EdgeFormHQ is a subscription service billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at registration.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or partial years.
• Subscription upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. EdgeFormHQ does not store your payment card details.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

• EdgeFormHQ is licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your account with others.
• You may not use automated tools to scrape, extract, or systematically download content from the platform.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's systems.
• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

EdgeFormHQ provides data, analytics, and research tools on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis provided. Market data may be delayed or contain errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeFormHQ's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the month preceding the claim.

EdgeFormHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

All platform content, code, design, and methodology are the intellectual property of EdgeFormHQ. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the platform. No ownership rights are transferred.

Data you enter into the platform (positions, notes, watchlist entries) remains your property. You can export it at any time via Settings → Account → Export My Data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete My Account. Account data is retained for 30 days then permanently anonymised.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
